Brunei ICT Industry Competency Framework (BIICF)

MISC Working Group for ICT sector (MISC-WG ICT) has been tasked to look into how we can better align the supply and demand of ICT manpower in the country. BIICF is one of the key deliverables of MISC-WG ICT which articulates the competencies needed to perform various ICT job roles and serves as a comprehensive guide for ICT occupations, trainings and professional certifications. It covers various job levels across the ICT industry, including both technical and managerial roles.
